Choose Your Preferred Load-in Day and Time

Select the date you wish to load in from the calendar above then your preferred time of arrival. Ten places are available for each slot with each slot of One Hour duration. You should arrive at the time your loading slot starts, drop your goods off and have departed no longer than one hour later at the end of your loading slot.
Porterage assistance and trolleys will be available to assist you in loading in.
Load-in slots are merely delivery times for easy delivery of goods to your stall when your vehicle will be allowed access to the best loading position. Once you are unloaded and have delivered your goods to your stall you vacate your slot and park up. You can then spend as long as you like setting up your stall as long as you have completed your display by setup time – 2.30pm on Weds 2oth November 2019 – in preparation for the Duchess’s reception at 3.00pm.

Each price for optional additional equipment is charged for the entire event and will be located on your stall awaiting your arrival. Items must be left on your stall on departure, Missing items will be charged for at replacement cost. Please enter the number required of each item below the description. Leave blank for zero.

Power Choice for your Stall *

You can choose between 1 x 16A dedicated blue socket or 4x13A domestic type extension lead (like you might use at home). The latter should be adequate for lighting, laptops, tablets and phone charging.

Please note this is not the form for booking the fair but for STALLHOLDERS ALREADY BOOKED to reserve their LOAD-IN WINDOW FOR DELIVERING DISPLAY, EQUIPMENT AND STOCK to your stall.
